Description:

The NAIT position is temporary and prepares individuals to pass the Minnesota Nursing Assistant competency exam. Responsibilities are similar to a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) once trained. After completing the 75-hour NATCEP course, candidates must pass both the skills and knowledge exams. You have three attempts for the skills exam and four for the knowledge exam. You must be on the MN state registry within 4 months of hire. After passing, you can apply internally for a CNA position at your current facility.
