Complete Care is hiring non-certified nursing assistants to join our CNA Class Program. You can work while you study and get paid today as you prepare for certification in New Jersey.

After completing the CNA class and certification, you’ll receive a pay raise to $20.50 per hour, full-time shifts, medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) with PTO and weekend differential, plus opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active CNA certification in New Jersey.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility.
• Help maintain a clean, comfortable living environment.
• Prepare resident rooms with necessary supplies.
• Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes.
• Support residents with social engagement and well-being.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals.
