Complete Care is hiring non-certified nursing assistants to join our CNA Class Program in New Jersey. You can work while you study, and after completing the CNA class and certification, you receive a pay rate increase to $20.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active CNA certification in New Jersey.
• Previous long term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, reliable and dedicated to resident care.
• Perform duties in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility and personal hygiene.
• Help maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
• Prepare resident rooms with necessary supplies such as blankets, toiletries and medical equipment.
• Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes to nursing staff.
• Support residents with social engagement and emotional well-being.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and collaborate with caregivers and professionals.
