Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists with hygiene, mobility, hydration, elimination and nutrition.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
• Records and communicates patient information to the RN.
• Performs routine treatments under supervision and follows precautions.
• Assists with admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Ensures patient privacy and confidentiality.
