Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Nursing Assistant Program or Florida CNA cert; or LPN; or current nursing student with clinical rotation; or graduate of nursing program.
• Maintain BLS/HealthCare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Assists with hygiene, mobility, hydration, elimination and nutrition needs.
• Provides routine treatments and maintains a safe, clean, neat environment.
• Maintains patient privacy, rights and confidentiality.
• Follows universal precautions and hand hygiene.
• Assists with admission, transfer and discharge of patients.
• Documents patient data accurately per Orlando Health policies.
