Qualifications

• High school graduates or equivalent.
• One year of nursing assistant experience in the past five years may substitute for listed trainings.
• Listed trainings include Nursing Assistant/Patient Care Assistant Program; Alabama CNA; Alabama LPN; nursing program graduate; Medical Corpsman/EMT/Paramedic; foreign licensure.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with hygiene, mobility, hydration, elimination and nutritional needs.
• Provide routine treatments and maintain a safe, clean, neat, and organized patient environment.
• Maintain safety and confidentiality for patients, families, and healthcare team.
• Follow standard precautions and wash hands between patients.
• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Take and record vitals and patient status as directed.
• Process data and document pertinent patient information per Orlando Health policies.
• Communicate safety concerns to the RN or healthcare team.
