Qualifications

• Completion of a Level I Nurse Aide education program approved by NC Board of Nursing.
• BCLS certification must be maintained by end of orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN/LPN supervision.
• Support with activities of daily living and basic comfort needs.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transportation as needed.
