Job summary

Trellis Supportive Care is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our inpatient hospice team at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem, NC. This full-time, day-shift position supports life-limiting patients with compassionate, patient-centered care in a calm, collaborative setting.

Schedule features 36 hours per week, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM on a rotating six-week cycle. The role emphasizes teamwork, quality care, and respect for patient dignity in a mission-driven

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Hospice or inpatient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care to individuals with life-limiting illnesses.
• Support patients and families in an inpatient hospice setting at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home.
