Job summary

Trellis Supportive Care, based in Winston-Salem, NC, seeks an experienced Hospice Nurse (RN) to join our care team. This PRN/Full Time role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration, and compassionate end-of-life support in a community hospice setting.

The nurse will provide bedside assessments, coordinate with the care team, and support families through a challenging time. Applicants should have NC RN licensure and Charge RN experience.
