Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Current Food Handler Permit (when applicable)
• Must complete Certified Nursing Assistant course within 120 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans and policies.
• Provide nursing assistant support to nursing leadership and staff as assigned.
• Assist residents with mobility, positioning, and transferring.
• Coordinate dining room services, including meal delivery and intake documentation.
• Document weight, intake, and other care activities.
• Monitor residents’ skin condition and report concerns to nurses.
• Support toileting programs and assist with hygiene.
