Job summary

Haven Health Green Valley, LLC seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist in resident care under the Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing setting. You will work with licensed staff to implement care plans and ensure safety and quality of care.

Responsibilities include performing routine caregiving tasks, adhering to nursing policies and procedures, and supporting residents with activities of daily living while maintaining clear communication with the care team.

Qualifications

• Active, Non-Probationary CNA license.
• Active CPR certification.
• Background screening and licensure verification as applicable.
• Tuberculosis testing and employee health screening after hire.
• Ability to move, lift and transfer a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.

Description

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position works under the direction of the Director of Nursing and is responsible for providing resident care to assigned residents in accordance with resident assessments, care plans and as directed by nursing management. The CNA position is central to the provision of resident care. The CNA works with other licensed care staff to coordinate the proper types of care to residents and strictly follows all Company nursing policies and procedures as well as safety guidelines.

• Active, Class-Instructed CPR Certification
