As a Nursing Assistant with the VAMHCS GEC, you will perform a wide range of resident care, restorative services, treatment, and charting activities across various healthcare settings such as outpatient, inpatient, and community care. You will care for patients with acute to chronic conditions, providing safe, individualized nursing care that respects resident dignity and preferences. Your duties include addressing physical, emotional, rehabilitative, and spiritual needs, ensuring quality of life, and participating as part of a resident treatment team.
