Job summary

CentraCare Health's Sauk Centre Hospital seeks a Nursing Assistant to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care under RN supervision. You will help develop and evaluate individualized care plans and assist with clinical tasks and patient comfort.

The role includes coordinating appointments, communicating with patients by phone and in person, and completing clerical duties. Travel between CentraCare sites may be required, with rotating day and night shifts and every third weekend.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider card required within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses.
• Assist in developing, implementing and evaluating individualized nursing care plans.
• Coordinate patient appointments and communicate with patients by phone and in person.
• Perform various clerical tasks as part of the care team.
