Job summary

Qualifications

• Certification as Nurse Aide in North Dakota.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to and assists in implementing plan of care that reflects the patient's needs.
• Demonstrates competency in department standards of care and policies.
• Assesses health status and reports changes to the nurse promptly.
• Identifies signs of deviations from normal health and informs licensed staff.
• Reports patient's pain symptoms according to procedures.
