Essentia Health in Brainerd, MN is hiring a Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care under RN supervision. You will perform hygiene assistance, feeding support, and comfort measures while maintaining safety and dignity.

This role supports the Joint Commission standards and hospital protocols. The position requires meeting state nursing assistant requirements, completing EH training within a month, and registering where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must meet ONE of the following requirements: 6 months of patient care experience; Completion of one semester of clinical rotations within an accredited nursing program; Successful completion of EH provided Nursing Assistant training within one month of hire; Verifiable completion of a recognized nurse aide training program; Current registration on applicable state nursing assistant registry.

Responsibilities
