Job summary

Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, monitoring vital signs, data collection, and timely documentation in medical records, while maintaining patient safety and comfort across ages.

Qualifications

• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• Nursing Assistant certification preferred at hire.
• Acute care or specialty experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine direct bedside care to patients of various ages under supervision.
• Assist with personal hygiene, data collection, observation, and vital signs.
• Record intake and output, use equipment, and perform ADLs.
• Document in medical records and respond to call lights and emergencies.
