Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside patient care including personal hygiene and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Record and monitor vital signs, intake and output, and document in the medical record.
• Operate equipment and observe patient status; respond to emergencies and patient needs.
• Assist with data collection, observations, and answering call lights under supervision.
