Qualifications

• Demonstrated KSAs including ability to provide patient care and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for veterans under supervision.
• Observe and report changes in patients’ conditions to the nursing team.
• Document care, observations and responses in patient records.
• Assist with equipment use and basic nursing procedures.
• Participate in treatment planning meetings and team communications.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during shifts 0730-2000 or 1930-0800.
