Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Education/GED or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience preferred.
• CNA certification preferred.
• BLS Health Care Provider certification required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Audiometry/CHDP certification preferred.
• BLS certification required for AH policy.

Responsibilities

• Performs personal nursing care under RN supervision.
• Assists with activities of daily living and self-care needs.
• Takes vital signs and reports patient status to RN.
• Performs routine assigned tasks and documents observations.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
