Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Phlebotomy Certification is preferred in CA and HI.
• Audiometry and vision training or a certificate from CHDP are preferred in CA and HI.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal nursing care under the direction of an RN.
• Perform activities of daily living assistance including nutrition, hydration, personal care, positioning, and restorative care.
• Take vital signs and report patients’ status to the RN.
• Perform clerical duties and route patient reports; support unit operations to meet deadlines.
• Carry out other job-related duties as assigned.
