Allina Health seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our ICU/patient care team in Saint Paul, MN. You will assist with activities of daily living under RN supervision, document vitals, and help with admissions, transfers and discharge tasks.
This role supports safety, dignity and comfort for patients in an 8‑hour evening shift with a 56‑hour two‑week schedule. Minimum CNA training and prior patient care experience are required; BLS certification options are provided.

Under the direct supervision of a RN, assists in the delivery of patient care. This includes performing personal care such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving and transporting patients, or changing linens. Collects and documents vital signs and other observations of patients.
Medium Work*: Lifting weight up to 32 lbs. occasionally (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), up to 25 lbs. frequently
Pay Range: $21.33 to $27.78 per hour The pay described reflects the base hourly pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
