Ebenezer is seeking a Nursing Assistant/Registered (CNA/NAR) to support residents at the Aurora on France TCU in Edina, MN. The role offers hands-on care for adult short stay patients in a modern care center, with benefits and growth opportunities within the TCU and Assisted Living.

Week to week, you will work a 64-hour biweekly schedule with day shifts and alternating weekends/holidays. The site emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and professional development in a senior living environment.

Qualificações

• Active MN Nursing Assistant registry by start date.
• Grace period of 4 months from hire date if in Ebenezer Nursing Assistant Training program.
• Experience in customer service setting is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with personal cares per individual care plan (bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting, dressing, showers).
• Nursing Assistant may check and record vitals per community patient care model.
• AM/PM cares including peri care and catheter care.
• Assist with turning, lifting or transferring residents with/without other assistance.
• Observe residents and report status clearly to staff; document in EMR.
• Resolve resident and family concerns; participate in shift handoffs.

Ebenezer is seeking a Nursing Assistant/Registered (CNA/NAR) to support our residents in our Ebenezer Skilled Nursing Facility (Transitional Care) at Aurora on France TCU in Edina, MN! This role provides hands on care and patient support services for our adult short stay patients at our spacious care center TCU in Edina, MN. Aurora on France is a new, innovative senior community attached to Fairview Southdale Hospital in the heart of Edina, MN. Located conveniently near Hwy. 62 and France Ave. and is on a bus line. Aurora has 136 units offering a full continuum of care including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. This patient support schedule includes;

• 64 hours in two weeks


• Full time; Day shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM


• Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation

Block Schedule

Week 1: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Responsibilities

• Assists resident based on individual care plan with personal cares such as; bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting, dressing, showers and responds to call lights


• Nursing Assistant may per community patient care model check and record vitals


• AM/PM cares; including peri care and catheter care


• May turn, lift or transfer residents with or without other persons/mechanical assistance


• Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff in a clear and concise manner


• Chart or document in electronic medical record system


• Seeks to resolve resident and family concerns


• Receives and gives report to appropriate staff during various times in work shift


• Other duties such as; order and cleanliness in rooms and work areas, reports malfunctioning equipment to maintenance department, and answers phones in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active on MN Nursing Assistant registry by start date


• If hired into the Ebenezer Nursing Assistant Training program, granted a 4-month grace period from hire date to be active on the MN Nursing Assistant registry

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work with a diverse and geriatric population


• Communicate efficiently, with empathy and understanding for residents and coworkers


• Experience working as a HHA, PCA, DSP, NA, Resident Assistant


• Work experience in a customer service setting
