Job summary

Essentia Health in Deer River, MN, is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care and support daily living activities while ensuring safety and comfort. You will assist with personal hygiene, nutrition needs, and monitor resident changes, reporting them to the shift nurse. Maintain a clean, safe environment and be vigilant against abuse.

FTE: 0.6; Shift Rotation: Flex D/E/N; Holidays: Yes; Union: Deer River SEIU.

Qualifications

• Current registration on applicable state nursing assistant registry or obtains within 4 months of hire/ transfer date.
