Job summary

Essentia Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide direct care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include personal hygiene, nutrition support, and promptly reporting changes to the shift nurse while maintaining a safe, clean environment for residents.

The role requires current state Nursing Assistant registration (or within 4 months of hire) and supports evening rotation within a 0.6 FTE schedule. Safety and resident well-being are prioritized in this position.

Qualifications

• Current registration on applicable state nursing assistant registry or obtain within 4 months of hire/transfer date.
• If transitioning from the Nursing Assistant – Student position, must have registration upon hire/transfer.
