Job summary

The Boston Home in Dorchester, MA is seeking Nursing Assistants/CNAs (full-time/part-time) to provide essential personal care to residents with multiple neurological conditions. You will work under the Staff Nurse, assisting with meals, hygiene, transfers, and daily activities while delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

You will enjoy the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with the residents for whom you care!

The Nursing Assistant works under the direction of the Staff Nurse and is responsible for providing personal care assistance to our residents. This includes assisting with resident's meals, transferring them using appropriate assistive devices, bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming. Additional responsibilities include interacting with residents and families on a daily basis and using customer service skills to ensure that residents have an exceptional experience in The Boston Home community.
