Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Duluth is hiring a CNA for full-time day shift (6:00 am - 2:15 pm) with a sign-on bonus. You will provide compassionate, front-line care to residents and document changes in the POC system under supervision of RNs or LPNs.

The role requires active state CNA registration, good communication, and English literacy, plus BLS certification. Join a nonprofit senior care team focused on dignity, respect, and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The CNA provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
