Job summary

Lutheran Services Carolinas is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Trinity Grove in North Carolina. You will support residents under supervision, perform ADL tasks, monitor health status, and document observations to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active North Carolina CNA license.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Document ADLs and changes in residents’ conditions accurately.
• Monitor vital signs and report any concerns to nursing staff.
• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Assist with turning, repositioning, and safe transfers.
• Support residents’ nutrition, hygiene, and daily living activities.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents to improve quality of life.

As an CNA at Trinity Grove, you will play a crucial role in providing care to residents under the supervision of the assigned Hall Nurse and the Director of Nursing Services.
