About the Role

As a CNA at Lamar Estates, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting with activities of daily living, taking and recording vital signs, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition, following infection control and safety procedures, and providing compassionate, respectful care at all times.

Responsibilities

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)


• Take and record vital signs


• Assist with transfers and mobility

Qualifications
