Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a qualified CNA to join our Terraces at Summitview community in Yakima, WA. You will provide direct care to residents, supporting daily living activities and enhancing quality of life in a Best Assisted Living community.

The role includes rotating day/evening/NOC shifts with on-site responsibilities and a pay range of $19.15–$23.85 per hour, depending on licensed CNA experience. New grads are welcome and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a Washington State NAC/CNA certified.
• Prior CNA or caregiver experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents.
• Maintain a safe, clean and respectful care environment.

Description

The Terraces at Summitview in Yakima, WA, a HumanGood community nationally rated as Best Assisted Living and Best Independent Living of 2025-2026 by U.S News & World Report, is looking for talented CNA's to join our team!

Our Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC/CNA) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Full Time rotating Day Shift from 6 AM - 2:30 PM, 5 on 2 off rotation with a rotating weekend schedule

Full Time rotating Evening Shift from 2 PM - 10:30 PM, 5 on 2 off rotation

Full Time rotating NOC Shift , from 10 PM - 6:30 AM, 3 on 2 off rotation

We are also looking for part time CNAs to join our team!

Pay range: $19.15 - 23.85 per hour, base pay, depending on years of licensed CNA experience.

Shift Differentials:Evening $1, NOC $2

Must be a certified Washington State NAC/CNA.

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Prior CNA or caregivers experience strongly preferred
