Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) for PRN shifts in Mandan, ND. The role involves providing resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision, following care plans and infection control guidelines.

The NA will support basic health needs, assist with transfers and mobility, and contribute to a supportive, Christ-centered environment. 3 months LTC experience preferred; minimum 30 hours/month with at least one weekend shift per month.

Qualifications

• 3 months experience in long-term care required (6 months preferred).
• Ability to provide resident-centered care and support daily living activities.
• Familiarity with infection prevention and PPE protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care under RN supervision per care plans.
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

Job Summary

The Nursing Assistant (NA) serves as caregiver to the resident during the scheduled work period in long term care. Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned resident under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
