Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, seeks a Nursing Assistant in Marshfield, WI to deliver patient-centered care during night shifts. The role supports RN/LPN staff with basic health care activities and daily living tasks.

The NA will collect vital signs, document care, and help prepare treatment areas as needed. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
• If working in ND or MN, must be NA Registry compliant within four months.
• If working in Wisconsin, must be on state Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient-centered nursing care under supervision of RN or LPN.
• Assist with daily living activities: bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, meal prep and dining needs.
• Record vital statistics and other health information; prepare treatment areas and equipment.
• Provide one-on-one care as needed to ensure safe provision of care.
