Job summary

Sanford Health in Marshfield, WI is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide patient-centered care and daily living assistance under supervision of an RN or LPN. Responsibilities include recording vital statistics, collecting non-invasive specimens, and preparing treatment areas.

The role supports night shifts (12 hours), full-time schedule, with a starting rate of $18.00–$24.00 per hour and a $2,000 sign-on bonus with a 1-year commitment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred but not required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
• If in ND, must be on North Dakota Nurse Aide Registry after training/competency validation.
• If in WI, must be on Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry with current work eligibility or be a student nurse with basic nursing course and 16 hours clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under supervision of RN or LPN.
• Administer delegated tasks and record vital statistics and basic health information.
• Collect non-invasive biological specimens as needed and perform clerical duties related to scheduling and documentation.
