• PMPH is seeking a full‑time Nursing Assistant to work day‑shift within the companion float pool. The NA will float to all areas (Emergency Department, Med/Surg, Critical Care, Eating Disorders Unit, Mother–Baby, etc.).

Scheduling Requirement

• Three day shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM) per week.
• Weekend requirement: 3 night shifts per 4‑week schedule.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Assists nurses in the delivery of care through participation in the nursing process; the patient’s plan of care starts at the TCU.
• Displays a caring, responsive attitude, represents the Medical Center positively, and respects patient and customer rights. Maintains a neat appearance, wears appropriate identification, and fosters courteous, friendly relationships with co‑workers.
• Observes patient condition, reports and documents information as requested, and communicates with patients/families and co‑workers to suggest nursing needs.
• Performs and documents nursing care activities as assigned, consistent with established procedures.
