Qualifications

• Six months of general experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with assessment, implementation and evaluation of basic nursing care
• Provide personal care such as feeding, bathing, hygiene
• Assist with ADL devices and mobility
• Observe patients and report changes to supervisor
• Assist with orientation of new patients and care planning
