Sapphire at Rivers Edge in Sheridan, OR is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant (NA) to support residents with daily living activities and help them reach their healthcare goals. Training and ongoing resources are provided to keep NAs engaged and delivering high-quality care.

You will work with a nurse supervisor, maintain charting, protect patient confidentiality, and contribute to a warm, respectful environment for residents and families.

• Must be 18 years of age.

JOB SUMMARY:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provideresidents with routine daily nursing care and services
• Chartall appropriate documentation
• Maintainpatient confidentiality
• As a Nursing Assistant (NA) you will workwith nurse supervisor to monitor any changes in condition
• Communicateboth orally and written with staff, residents, family members, etc.
• Fostera supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families
• Adheres to the policies and procedures of the facility
• Otherduties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Proof of Nursing Assistant program completion certificate.
