Job summary

Sapphire at Rivers Edge in Sheridan, OR is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and help them achieve healthcare goals. We provide training and resources to keep NAs engaged and skilled.

You will work with a nurse supervisor to monitor changes in condition, maintain confidentiality, and document care while communicating with staff, residents, and families in a compassionate team. Join our 51-bed facility and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Proof of Nursing Assistant program completion certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services
• Chart all appropriate documentation
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• As a Nursing Assistant you will work with nurse supervisor to monitor any changes in condition
• Communicate both orally and written with staff, residents, family members, etc.
• Foster a supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families
• Adheres to the policies and procedures of the facility
• Other duties as assigned
