Job summary

UW Health SwedishAmerican in Rockford, IL, is seeking a CNA for a 100% FTE, 8-hour day shift in a hybrid position at 2550 Charles St. This in-person role offers a stable schedule and the opportunity to work across days with a mix of on-site and flexible elements.

The role requires completion of an approved training program and Illinois Department of Public Health competency, BLS/CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and CNA initial certification.
