Baptist Health Lexington is seeking a Nursing Assistant for a Part-Time, Day Shift role in the 2A ICU. You will support the nursing team with direct patient care and routine duties in a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities include hygiene, mobility, vitals, and assisting with admissions or transfers. Certification as a Nurse Aide and BLS are required or must be completed within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Direct patient care duties including hygiene, mobility, positioning, and feeding.
• Documentation and monitoring of vital signs and patient data.
• Certification requirements and eligible to obtain BLS within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

The unit population is cardiac interventions, SARS, Cardiogenic shock, Rotoprone, Post-partum critical care patients and complex care ICU patients, most of which have a medical or cardiac diagnosis.
