Grand Itasca Clinic & Hospital is seeking a part-time Nursing Assistant to join our hospital team. The role involves 12‑hour day and evening shifts, with every 3rd weekend rotations, supporting Medical/Surgical and Pediatrics units.
You will perform CNA duties, provide direct patient care, assist with mobility and daily activities, and work under RN supervision to ensure quality patient experiences. We value teamwork, patient-centered care, and professional growth.

The Nursing Assistant serves the hospital patient population by assisting to provide direct patient care which meets the assigned unit needs through regular rounding. The House Supervisor/Nurse Director may re-assign to other units based on changes of volumes and acuity.

The posted compensation range corresponds to the minimum and maximum pay rates outlined in your union agreement for the respective job classifications at the time of job posting. An individual's pay rate within this range may be influenced by qualifying experience as specified in the contract.
