Job summary

Parklands Care Center in Gainesville, FL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for the 7am to 3pm shift. You will provide direct patient care under licensed supervision, assist with activities of daily living, and help promote resident independence while collaborating with our nursing team.

We offer $16–$17 hourly, a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid quarterly, weekly pay with shift differentials, a daily pay option, and ongoing training for career growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
• Newly certified CNAs welcome to apply!
• Active Florida CNA license required.

Join our team at Parklands Care Center, a leading provider of sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and skilled nursing care, as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our 7am to 3pm shift in Gainesville, Florida. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA to work collaboratively with our skilled nursing staff to provide high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promoting independence

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in routine care conferences and provide input on patient care

• Demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care and customer service

• $16 - $17 hourly salary
