Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum of 5 years varied clinical nursing experience.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in nursing administration and/or nursing education.
• Must hold RN license in the state.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate allied health offerings and assess learner needs.
• Organize and evaluate division programs and activities.
• Prepare required reports for KSBN, ACEN, and KBOR.
• Maintain relationships with regulatory agencies (KSBN, ACEN, KBOR, KDHE).
• Coordinate clinical agreements and advisory boards.
• Recruit and hire qualified nursing and allied health faculty.
• Oversee budget development for the Nurse Education Center.
• Direct and supervise nursing education courses and clinical components.
