Colby Community College seeks a Senior Director - Nursing to provide strategic leadership for the PN and ADN programs. The role oversees curriculum development, scheduling, and faculty workload, while ensuring program policies meet KSBN, ACEN standards and accreditation requirements.

The successful candidate will build collaborations with local healthcare partners, manage budgets, and drive program expansion in Northwest Kansas.

Qualifications

• MSN required for leadership of PN and ADN programs.
• RN licensure required upon hire in KS or ability to obtain.
• Experience in nursing administration or teaching is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for PN and ADN programs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing curricula for compliance and rigor.
• Coordinate scheduling, clinical experiences, and faculty workload.
• Ensure admissions, progression, and graduation policies align with accreditation.
• Maintain communication with KSBN and ACEN about program status.
• Prepare budgets, allocate resources, and manage equipment.
