Job summary

The Addison of Oakleaf, a Sonida Senior Living community in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Nursing Aide to support residents in independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in nursing or senior living preferred.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escort residents within the building and outside, as needed.
• Assist with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with planning and executing activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
