Job summary

The Woodlands of Columbus, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a compassionate Nursing Aide to support residents in an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting.

You will assist with daily living activities, meals, and safe transport, coordinate with the care team, and provide dignity-centered service. We offer competitive wages, health insurance, 401k with company match, PTO from day one, paid training, and tuition assistance where offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in nursing or senior living preferred.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and medication assistance under supervision.
• Escort residents within the building as needed and support mobility.
• Assist with meals, dining needs, and post-meal cleanup.
• Support planning and execution of resident activities and social programs.
