Job summary

Whispering Pines Village, a Sonida Senior Living community located in Columbiana, Ohio, is hiring nursing aides to provide compassionate care in an Independent Living and Assisted Living setting. The role supports residents with daily living activities, meals, and activities, while upholding dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escorts residents within the building and outside as needed.
• Assists with serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with planning and executing activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
