Job summary

The Addison of Bluffton, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a compassionate Nursing Aid to assist residents with daily living, meals, and mobility. You will support memory care and assisted living services, work closely with care teams, and help maintain dignity and respect for residents, while following care plans and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escorts residents within the building and outside, as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with planning and executing activities for residents on a regular basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
