Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Current Maryland RN licensure.
• Infection Control Certified.
• Progressive management experience in an acute or long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing staff on assigned shift to maintain high care standards.
• Enforce clinical care standards and measure outcomes of nursing practices.
