Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field is required.
• Strong leadership experience in a health care setting preferred.
• RN license with BLS/ACLS certifications commonly required.
• Experience managing budgets, staff, and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Supervises nursing staff, including scheduling, performance evaluation, training, and disciplinary actions.
• Conducts rounds to assess care quality and operational efficiency.
• Prepares and manages budgets for nursing departments.
• Leads development and administration of nursing standards across units.
• Ensures resource allocation aligns with patient acuity and needs.
• Develops policies/procedures in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Represents nursing services on hospital committees and with regulatory bodies.
