Alpine Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Nursing Administrator to lead clinical operations on-site. The role requires an NYS Registered Nurse license, CPR certification, and at least two years of nursing administration experience in a skilled nursing facility.

Formación
- Must possess a current NYS license as a Registered Professional Nurse.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsabilidades
- Develop, maintain and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Communicate policies to nursing staff and monitor practices.
- Participate in management team meetings to discuss resident status and census changes.
- Perform rounds to ensure delivery of services and staffing.
- Recruit and supervise nursing personnel.
- Review 24-hour reports and ensure timely responses to changes.
- Review nursing schedules to meet resident needs.
- Ensure OSHA compliance and workplace safety.
