South College is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for its School of Nursing - Online Campus. The South College School of Nursing - Online Campus is accepting applications for an Administrative Coordinator. This role is vital to the School of Nursing, primarily responsible for planning, preparing, and executing practicum placements for all online post-licensure nursing students. The coordinator collaborates with the Associate Dean, Director of Online Operations, Program Coordinators, and external practicum partners. They have discretion, judgment, and the authority to make independent decisions regarding student health directives, practicum placements, and site management.
This position involves exploring and establishing new practicum sites, securing and maintaining contracts, and coordinating specific placements. It oversees management of student data, records, preceptor data, evaluations, and systematic program assessments. The coordinator manages clinical compliance data, assists students with Castle Branch processes, and collaborates with leadership to update practicum health requirements and logs.

Knowledge of Castlebranch, Typhon, CampusNexus, NursingCAS, Canvas, Multi-State Board of Nursing, and practicum placement systems.
